* Members of medical associations for MI: this registration type is available to all members of one of the three medical associations for Micro-Immunotherapy: AEMI, 3IDI or MeGeMIT.

** Students Registration: a student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent to us via email to:

The registration does not include the participation to the Gala Dinner nor does it include the Basic Immunology Course (tickets for purchase available online).



Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.

Name badge

Registrants will receive a name badge on-site from the Welcome Desk at the Congress venue. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Congress to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all attendees via email after the completion of the Congress.

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card or by bank transfer (within 10 days after the order).

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations Fees in the case of:

– Cancellations received before 15 March 2017: registration fees paid with a deduction of 100€ will be refunded.

– Cancellations received between 16 March and 26 April 2017: a 50% refund of registration fees paid will be refunded.

– Cancellations after 27 April 2017: the registration fees paid will not be refunded.

Tickets for Gala Dinner

– Payments are non-refundable from 14 April 2017
